Go to this site and click on the image. This will bring you to the End
It All 2 download site. End It All will disable running programs but
once you reboot, those programs will start again. If you are looking for
a program that will tell you what is running and then give you the
option to stop that program from running at start up go here:
http://www.spywareinfo.com/downloads/startman/.
I am not familiar with Windows XP but have you tried going to 'start' -
'run' then type in msconfig? If this works in Win XP look for the start
up tab and this will show you what programs start up when windows opens.
Just take the check out (or put it in) the programs that you don't want
to run.
You may also want to check out this site: http://pacs-portal.co.uk.
Click on the START UP TIPS icon.
