We set up a list of our CD's, albums, DVD's, lazar disks and VHS tapes on an
Excel spreadsheet with columns for title, artist, genre, etc and sorted it
alphabetically by artist. We have a different worksheet for each medium.
Its easy to maintain if we add or remove titles from the collection. You
can use control-f to find something. It has worked well for years. Hope
