Well, I talked with Freedom Scientific tech support, and they said like some 
of you said, (I didn't want to do this method, but looks like I have to), 
find the link you want on the web page, and if it's not an audio link, then 
press enter on the link and then when the page loads, press alt d for the 
address bar, then control c to copy to the clipboard, then open outlook 
express and paste it in with control v, and let's see if it worked!

I'll be darned, it works!
Now, I've gotta try what the tech support guy said, which is a whole 
different method for audio links.
So much for their hot keys working.
