Have a friend that is having problems that has me totally stumped. The
following are her words. Any ideas would be welcome or are we looking at a
total reformat and installation?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
When I sit and type an email it makes a 'Ding" noise and I look up and it
didn't type the whole sentence. It dings ALL the time! It takes me forever
just to write this with one hand cuz when it dings I have to click on the
page with the mouse. AND when we try to open a page it flips outta control
like it's possesed. AND if I use the scroll key on the mouse. It either
makes the words REAL big or Real small on the screen just like when you hold
the Ctrl key and scroll it, but it does it by itself. Or it goes back and
forth to the screen you were at! It's a PAIN! 1 more thing my Shift key
doesn't work all the time on the right side and my back arrow doesn't work
at all it's a BRAND new keyboard.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

TIA
Rob Shane
