If you just resetted the CMOS, even when the CMOS battery is OK, you probably will
get the message you posted about.
1. Enter the BIOS setup program.
2. Choose "Load Optimized Defaults" (or similar)
3. Choose "Save Settings and Exit" (or similar)
Now the message shall go away. If the message appears during the next PC boot,
you have a dying CMOS battery and/or the CMOS reset jumper isn't back in the normal CMOS retaining position.
