So am I. However, the "complete" program does not seem to suit me very
well. I have no issues whatsoever with skipping breakfast and the
"traditional" lunch. I also like the "light" and energetic feeling, but,
past 3 pm that goes away completely for me. I find a small (primarily
protein) snack after about 2 pm - doesn't have to be much - causes me to
regain my energy and I'm feeling fine again.
