I eat a lot of greens. Tonight it was collards. Last night mustard. Night
before that kale. Of late I've been cooking 2-4 pounds on weekends to have
for lunches/dinners during the week. They cook fast, but it's the washing
that's tedious, more work than I want to do for evening meals, so that's why
I have a greens cooking spree on the weekends.
