If you aren't totally anti-prepared/restaurant food, Boston Market is a good
option. They also have roasted chicken and a vegetable medley right up even
the Paleo alley. I wish I knew what was in their creamed spinach, though.
I guess if I asked I could get an ingredient list.

Dori, I was just at BM the other day, and they did not have an ingredient list on hand. But last year I called the corporate office, asked them if they had a list of gluten free foods, and they sent me a complete list of everything that was gluten free, along with ingredients for all dishes. I don't have it anymore, but I know the spinach has cheese in it.

We usually eat the roasted chicken, mixed veggies, green beans, cole slaw, or salad (minus croutons) when we go. Sometimes we eat the spinach, which is so good! Be prepared- most of their dishes have an ingredient list as long as your arm, and all of it is very salty, but for emergency Paleo fast food, I, too, think they are not too bad.
