In Arizona, I wait for cuts of meat to go on sale that I like and buy a lot
of it.  Petite Sirloin is one that I buy for $3.99 per pound (boneless).  I
also buy roasts when they go on sale.  I can usually get London Broil for
$2.99 and sometimes $2.49 per pound.
