I've been on the Paleolithic diet for about 3 months. At first I had
problems satisfying my hunger, but I finally figured out that I needed to
ADD fat to my diet in order to make up for the lost carbs. This included
adding rendered suet to my chilly and eating the whole steak, including the
fat (I used to trim it off). I find now that the fat tastes good where as it
used to taste/feel yucky.

My main reason for going on the diet was to see if it would help with
ADD/ADHD like symptoms and depression. The changes where so slow that I
didn't really notice the improvement until I "fell of the wagon" during this
last holiday. I ate one helping of sweet potatoes, some jello, one piece of
lemon merrang pie and the next day one bowl of ice cream with a piece of
pie.

I'm still suffering the effects of this food!
