A salad with chopped up bacon and avocado works well for breakfast. Eggs
and bacon, just eggs, fruit and meat. You can make some nice pancakes (well
sort of pancakes) using egg whites and dessicated coconut. Whip eggs and
coconut, spoon into frypan and cook in butter (I know it isn't Paleo) or
lard on low to medium heat.
