Thanks for the tips.
I don't have any particular health issues. I could stand to loose probably
10 to 15 pounds. I am tired and sluggish all the time.
I think the biggest challange I'll face in the beginning is my sweet tooth.
I browsed several sites listed on the links page on www.PaleoFood.com last
night. Looks like I have a lot to unlearn/relearn about fat. I guess I do
already have a couple of advantages. I'm not a big bread fan and I am quite
fond of meat such as steaks, etc. I've also never been a big milk fan. I
never drink it straight. I do like cheesecake and ice cream. Like I said
it's my sweet tooth that's going to be the big challange.
Actually, with my dog's raw diet I'm already spending a lot of time in the
meat section. Produce I need to work on.
