Sister, my rationale, was to be fair to Oko, as the underpinning and tone of
Badou's posting was GUILT BY ASSOCIATION. Instead of you and Joe hounding Oko,
without giving him an inkling of benefit of doubt or chance to respond, and
when he responded, I didn't see an apology, something must be missing here.
Oko's trip to the Gambia with the said band is old news and the
accusation/charges? against the accused Michael Jackson is recent. Therefore, in giving Oko the
benefit of doubt, one should have requested Oko put forth an explanation
before passing judgment. What bugs me more, is the fact that, upon Oko's return
from Gambia and Njagga poh's eulogy and the issue of honoring the 81' deceased
[including Nyanha Sallah and couple others, who by the way, suffocated right in
front of Oko's eyes] interned at "Baamehli Guurmet," not a single soul
questioned or made comments now surfacing, on Oko's appointment, except moi...you
can check the past postings where I cautioned Oko in accepting the offer but to
watch his back. Just trying to set the record straight.
