Good News , Thanks to was very concluding and thanks to the FARMERS..... it has now been
generally adapted by the .F.E.W.S..( Famine Early Warning System....... That is why scientific
research , that is, the study of the behaviuor of nature ,space and time of the objects of labour
must be persue by the people as a whole with the intensification of communication to the various
local communities to all districts and Sahel regions, so that through information and education,
the productive forces may be informed of all successful experiences in such or such a field and
such and such a time.
When the productive forces evolve in a climate of scientific and economic information and when the
political and ecomnomic structures in a country are dynamic, economic progress comes about at
once.
