Meka, are you drinking lots of fluids to help cool your body and keep you
from getting dehydrated?  I'm no medical expert, but I wonder if it might
not be better to just let the fever do its thing instead of trying to bring
the temp down, since as I understand it, the purpose of a fever is to kill
whatever little bugglets have invaded your system.  Glad to see you still
have your sense of humor.  Hang in there;  this too shall pass.
