I bet, if you taught them the right things though, that you will see a good
result someday once they mature.
It's a shame that maturity isn't a shot you can give them at age 18.
Unfortunately 18 is not a magic age.
It just means that they are fully responsible for themselves.
My mom booted my oldest brother out at that age, no questions, no
discussion, he was just out!
I think it hurt him but he did pretty well in spite of it.
She did not do that with the rest of us.
In fact, by the time I was in late highschool years, she moved out herself
as I recall.
I mean she wasn't gone all the time but sometimes.
She may have waited until I graduated.
I can't really remember.
