Jen, that's not a silly request at all.  Does your apartment have a lobby
with a window in it that the driver can see through to see you waiting
there?  Depending on the time window for pickup, perhaps you could call in
the morning?  And if worse comes to worse and you're running late, I
imagine your boss would understand.  God knows your situation.  Even the
hairs of your head are all numbered, remember?  <smile>
