True you do have to eat frequently, but one doesn't need to be in the
kitchen to eat. You can pack stuff up ahead of time depends on what your
eating I guess. I'll admit it can be a challenge, but I never got hungry
and kept much warmer in the cold season doing this program. I like the
exercise benefit and the eating that supports that. It isn't for everyone
for sure. I think the most important thing is that people do not try to
cheat their way out of health by taking a pill to lose weight and forget
exercise. I'd think the FinFin thing is a good example of that failure.
