At last!  Something I can answer! <grin>  The reason some replies go
to the list, and some to the individual, has to do with a setting in
the list's header.  That's the file that specifies how the list works.
In this case, there's a keyword "Reply-to" which is set to "List,Respect".
What that means is, replies generally go to the list, unless the post
you're replying to has its own "Reply-to" field set by the poster.  In
that case, listserv "respects" that field, and sends replies to the
individual instead of to the list.  So, to send replies to those posts
to the list, you have to explicitly address them to the list.
