I am the EC/RO for my county, and I have been in these positions for
about a year now. I have found that, once the initial paper-work gets done,
and certain reporting forms are entered into computer files, the paper work
is really not that demanding. The best thing to do is get one or two
assistant EC's to help handle the paper work that you find difficult. I
think most reasonable people who are willing to help will understand your
needs, and will work with you effectively.

Good luck, if you become an EC, and let me know if I can be more help.
