Tani Diakite and Friends will be playing tomorrow (Thursday, February 3)
at the Weary Traveler at 9:30 PM. Tani is from Mali and plays ngoni, an
eight stringed hunters harp. He comes from a family of musicians. He
writes his own songs. His music is joyful, upbeat, and great to dance
to.

He will also be playing an after performance party at the Memorial
Union on Friday, February 18. He will play after a performance by Habib
Koite from Mali. The concert will be at 8 PM in the Union Theater, Tani
and Friends will play from 10 PM to 12 midnight in the Great Hall. Habib
is a great musician, you won't want to miss his performance. For more
