Global Dance is a simple, largely improvisational, movement process that promotes self-expression, playful interaction with others, and connection to spirit. It is a transformational dance process for people of all ages, sizes and background. No yoga or dance experience necessary. A student of Global Dance, Jan. L talks about her experience: "Stretch, dance, laugh, connect. A wonderful, freeing experience, it makes my spirit soar." Another student, Randi S., says: "Exploring; movement to a wide variety of music allows me to be more open physically, emotionally, and spiritually."
