My e-mail bounced and presumably they did not receive it.  It looks like the
so-called access experts need to read a book on delivering access and
maintaining an up to date webpage.

When considering a resource worthy of sharing, it is best to check out the
resource first and evaluate it to see if it really is of value rather than
pass along crap and think it will be a jewel for most other people.  if the
resource is of little value to you, it is likely little value to someone
else too.  If you are not sure or don't have time to check something out,
don't send or ask a few individual end users rather than a whole group.
