Thanks, everyone, who has offered suggestions.  Yahoo is fixing an error and
they say it could take up to 72 hours.

It turns out that since the merger between yahoo and sbc our log in info
four our sbc account is what we use to log on to yahoo's site.  So  that
explained the account.  I reread the message talking about account disabled
because of exceeding limit and it was cock-eyed in that it stated he was
allowed 2240 or some such figure and had used zero.  Guess that's why they
figured they have an error.

So hopefully, our problem will be solved soon.
