        Hi,

I have a question about making a shortcut from the desktop for a program.
I tried to put an icon on the desktop for MSN messenger. I clicked the
start menu, P for programs and entered on that, hit M several times until I
came to MSN messenger and instead of entering on it to open the program I
right clicked to bring up a context menu. Then I chose the send command
and entered on that. I then arrowed down to desktop shortcut and entered
on that. It said that it would make a shortcut to the desktop and wanted
you to press ok. So I did and I tried to repeat this several times, but it
keeps putting a shortcut on the desktop for a program beginning with the
letter W when I know that I right clicked when I was on MSN. Can anyone
tell me how to create this shortcut correctly and also how to delete these
shortcuts on the desktop now that I don't want. Thank you very much.

Lisa
