Hi folks:
I seem unable to play dvd's on my computer and wonder if anyone can help.
When i load the dvd I get the option to play in Windows Media Player or Real
Player and I choose Windows Media Player. However, once in WMP I am told
that i am unable to play the dvd and am asked to change my resolution and
colour settings. I'm afraid to do this as I don't want to mess up my JAWS
functionality.
When i try to play in Real Player I am given an error message which suggests
that there is some kind of key protection problem.
I am running JAWS 6 and Windows XP.
Anyone have any thoughts?
Thanks.
DOREEN YALE.
