Hello All,

By a overwhelming majority, responders said they do get the flu shot.
Eighteen (18) said they receive the shot and three (3) said they do not.

Three of those who responded affirmatively were medical people.

Several people mentioned that allergy to eggs is one reason to avoid the shot.

One of those who does not get the shot said she was advised by her CD
specialist to not receive it. This is the same advice I received two years ago from
by CD doctor, and is the reason I posed the question to the list yesterday.
However, this responder said her doctor recommended the shot to prevent
pneumonia and several others mentioned this as well.

In summary, perhaps the best advice is to please check with your own doctor
to make this decision!

Rose
