i just called arrowhead mills -
the fellow i talked to told me, after speaking with his manager, that they
have implemented all new protocols, and from now on, the stuff that says
it's gluten free (like the rice cereal and the buckwheat flakes) are indeed
tested and certified gluten free. he said that if i'd called last week,
he'd have had to tell me it wasn't safe, but now it's good to go.
