I had a lot of responses...thank you.
2 people suggested going on line to delphiforums.com or csaceliacs.org to
look at product info......the rest though listed products out for me.
The following is the list that was stated to be GF:
Hormel Cure 81
Kirkland (don't use glaze packet)
Kentucky
Hillshire Farms
Carandos Spiral
Thorn Valley
John Morrell EZ cut
Cooks
Smithfield (all OK except glazed)
Krakus
Dietz & Watson
Kroger
Boars Head
Essay Silver label
Black Label
It was pretty unanimous that if a glazing packet comes along with the
ham...don't use it, it most likely contains gluten.
Several people commented that the "honey baked" ham--not GF, however, if you
go to the store and ask them to prepare it without the coating it will be
GF.....you are risking cross contamination though. The choice is yours.
