Most people stated that MSG in the US and canada is GF, however many celiacs
have problems with MSG (Unrelated to gluten).  For Progresso products, they
dont hide gluten.  If there is no obvious gluten among their ingredients,
it is
GF.

I did get a few responses stating that MSG has gluten...so I guess it's up to
you!
