Hello there fellow bakers !
I need a suggestion to the Nestle TollHouse Choc Chip cookie recipe. The
taste is fabulous, but the cookies came out flat and needed to be scraped
off the cookie sheet. I used the called for 2 cups butter (4 sticks ?).
Does anyone have a tried and true recommendation for the butter here ? I
used 2 1/2 cups of GF flour in this recipe, my only complaint is the flat
cookie-
