3 sensitive celiacs had no problem with Bob's Red Mill Polenta/Corn Meal.

Others recommended:

Indian Head Brand

Arrowhead Mills Cornmeal (which I have in my cupboard and states its GF
status on the  package, but is a finer grind--better for polenta than
grits).

Food Merchant's Brand

I was cautioned to beware of Quaker products because of cross
contamination.
