I'm quizing this group to death lately but you are a wonderful resource of knowledge.  What I'm trying to figure out is my mom 51, myself 28, and two children 3& 4.  Are intolerant or allergic to milk ( the Casein allergy not just Lactose intolerant), eggs, soy, wheat and gluten and various others allergies but we aren't all the same on.  Could this be a gene or whatever passed down or is it more likely we are missing or low or certain digestive enzymes so they aren't getting broken down and therefore triggering an allergy/ inflamation response.  I've heard various people say once on Digestive Enzymes there body can tolerate allergy foods much better or lose the sensitivity all together.  Can this be true and how could three generations all have the exact food allergies.  I will say we all get different symptoms. I get Constipated, Bloat& Fatigue- My mom gets cold sores, headaches, breathing troubles, my son gets diaheria& rage.  Any information will help me get to the bottom of this.
