              PANAMA CANAL & SOUTHERN CARIBBEAN
                            Gluten-free GETAWAY CRUISE
                                     February 6~20, 2004
                         Aboard Oceania Cruises' m/v Regatta

     AN EXCLUSIVE DEDICATED GLUTEN-FREE KITCHEN

1st 40 Registrants Receive a $200 ON-BOARD CREDIT per cabin

Join Ruth and me for a very memorable Valentine's Day in the warm sun of
the Caribbean. Actually that day we'll be in St. Johns, Antigua -
trying to decide which of the 365 perfect beaches we'll be spending the
day on.

An intimate (648 passenger), luxurious ship featuring the finest cuisine
at sea - both gluten-free and that regular stuff. Our own gluten-free
galley with private chef to prepare a complete menu selection for every
meal. All cabins and suites feature special Tranquility beds and
bedding. By the way leave your formal wear at home.

We'll depart from Costa Rica and after passing through the Panama Canal
we'll spend our time island hopping to ports of call most of the larger
ships are not able to stop at - Aruba, St. Lucia, Antigua, St. Barts,
Nevis, BVI and our final port Miami, FL.

This cruise has a lot of everything a traveler could want - and even
more for the the gluten-free traveler.
