Hi Celiac Friends,
I'd like to take an informal survey. How many of you eat oats? If you do,
do you eat oats only if grown in Ireland?
Do any experts out there know if is, indeed, safe to eat Irish oats?
If so, how is it different from U.S. grown oats? Is it the growing
conditions or the milling, or both?
