Hi,

I've been diagnosed with celiac disease about two years ago. During this
period I acommodated my life to the diet. The diet is working and based
on the results of the blood tests everthing improved significantly.

However, I feel I have lots of "holes" in my gluten free education and
need to go back to the basics and study. I would like to ask if people
can email me names of good books, magazines, shopping lists I can
subscribe or other resources.

Thanks very much!

Sebastian
