Hi everyone:

I have been noticing lately people writing in with sore muscles. I have been Celiac for a little over a year. Extremely careful about what I eat and taking I think all of the vitamins that have been recommended by my nutritionist I am in my sixties and do expect sore muscles but I am very active, still work full time and have a lot of energy but my legs and back really ache a lot. I do take Vicodan twice a day but I still hurt. Just had a hip x-ray and the doctor said I have the hips of a 40 year old so I know it's not that.

I do have a problem with the L-4 disc in the bottom of my spine but the doctors say that should fuse together soon. That is why I take the Vicoden. I had my tailbone taken out when I broke it about 35 years ago. Never had problems with it but I guess with age it is finally catching up with me.

Anyway just looking for some feedback and I will summarize.

Judy
