The 20's are caused by spaces in HTML-formatted documents. A Windows
web-server accepts filenames with spaces. It then replaces the spaces with
a percent sign followed by the number 20.
It's not a very good explanation I'm afraid, but it is another good reason
to not use spaces in filenames, whether they are supported or not.
