Another question that comes up occasionally is whether a system running
Windows 2000 or XP can share (map a drive over a network) an NTFS
filesystem with a system running a previous windows version like Windows
98, and the answer is YES. The hosting computer handles all the filesystem
details, the other computer simply sees a mapped drive.
