Your definition is valid. Your example is not. Just because something may
be purchased in a store does not make it a non-paleo food. And, finding a
food growing in your garden does not make it paleo (I have found wheat
growing in my garden).

C'mon William, grow up a bit. Absurd generalizations get us nowhere.
