I've dealt with both depression and bi-polar, and HAVE taken meds. Not that
I regret it -- not at all. But I noticed a larger improvement margin from
diet changes. I take no such meds now, and I've never felt better. Mood,
no more insomnia, regulated menstrual cycles, weight loss -- all from diet.
I wonder now how my life would have gone had I learned of this earlier.
