to make oat groat you have to use steamed oat ,overwise you end up with
flour.i it is not raw , soaked oats is edible raw but unless with a machine
it is very difficult to close to impossible to hull by hand .
with sprouted oat , you probably get rid of antunutrients ?

they don't need to be pushed because of grain's  own addictive nature ,once
you start you want more and get stuck .that is what happen to humanity 10
000 years ago . opiod in grains makes people feel good but at the expense of
their own endorphin getting them dependant on the substance .
