Just weighed myself. Down 13 lbs in two months, not that I wanted to, I
am skinny already. I had pretty severe acid reflux in August and had to
modify my diet quite a lot. Much smaller meals, I just couldn't eat
very much at one sitting. I also had to give up some high calorie foods
like nuts, and no evening snacks. Since I had to stop running at the
same time, exercise was not a factor.
