Mike,

I ordered a collection of Wisconsin cheeses in a basket for a gift for a
relative in San Francisco. Before completing the transaction the company popped
up an ad which stated that they now have goat cheeses "for your lactose
intolerant friends." I haven't had time to check this out but would like to know the
answer to your question so I am hoping someone with knowledge (the moderator
perhaps) would enlighten us. I am severely lactose intolerant and would very
much love to be able to eat goat's cheese if that is lactose free. If anyone
knows the answer, please speak up. I would love to be able to expand my diet.
