I haven't really paid very much attention to this development, but the day
or 2 after Mrs. Reeves past away, the Governor of Kentucky announced a
proposal (I think it hasn't officially been decided upon) to charge state
employees who smoke a higher rate for insurance (I think only by $25) to
urge them to quit. I personally don't smoke and don't like being around it,
so I don't feel like waging a viewpoint, but whatever it takes to have
people maintain good health status, I feel is only right of a employer.
Thanks,
Anthony

she used to sing in smokey bars and stuff like that, so second-hand smoke
was a factor for her, but as you say there are other factors..
