i have cp and a house. i however am a walker. as a
young person i could do much of the stuff like cutting
grass etc. as i have aged, i am less and less able.

i advise that you spend the money to make the house as
matainence free as possible, ie: not needing painting
by using siding etc.
next purchase judy and i will go to something that has
more accessability features as i and ,who knows, she
may need a chair or scooter in the future.
