Unless I am mistaken, this is the Project Gutenberg etext of the original
radio amateur's handbook written by Collins in the early 20th
century.  It's release date as an etext was 2004.  I rather doubt that ARRL
would allow the current handbook to be released in this format.  If I am
wrong, I will be first in line for the download!
