Hello,

I am hoping that someone on this list can point me to a primer which
will teach me the basics of how to install and operate the software for
Echo link.

Remember, I am starting from scratch and therefore have no prior
acquaintance at all with Echo Link.  I have talked on I R L P, but that
is another ball game.
