Honey sellers claim that it is raw, but what they don't tell until they
are grilled for a long time is that they must heat the honey to accurately
measure it. If it has ever been above 93F it's not raw - this is a
purist's opinion.
Comb honey is the best you can get.
It's still sweet, but there are enough enzymes to make it not so bad if it
is really raw.
I buy online, after taking a very critical look at the claims of the
sellers, and then eat it once a week or so.
