Walnuts and macadamia nuts have the most favorable omega 3 to 6 ratio. How
are they on Ca and Mg levels and how much should one eat per day to get enough
Ca?
(I know green leafy vegetables are a good Ca source as well, but don't you
have to eat A LOT) Cordain states that 8 servings of fruits and vegetables
approximates a paleo diet, so how many of these servings should be greens to get
enough Ca.

I would say that getting enough Ca is my biggest challenge with this way of
eating.

Cordially, Alex
